Connect your QuickBooks Online company and choose an active Service as the Labor Only default for StrideVoice invoices. That configured Service powers this workflow; QuickBooks still owns the rest of your accounting setup and financial records.
How it works
Set the default Service
Choose the existing QuickBooks Service StrideVoice should use as your Labor Only default. You keep terms and tax settings in QuickBooks.
Schedule the Job
When a Job reaches scheduled, StrideVoice matches the QuickBooks Customer or creates one after the workspace is activated.
Complete the Job
StrideVoice creates one unsent Invoice with the configured Labor Only Service, work description, and operator-entered pre-tax amount.
Review and reconcile
You review and send the Invoice from QuickBooks. Verified partial or full Payment status flows back to the Job as read-only accounting status.
Put QuickBooks Online to work.
Create Customers and unsent Invoices from Jobs, then review, send, and manage payment in QuickBooks.
